A
letter from our 2012 President, Roxanne S.
Brooks |
 |
I would like to
welcome you to the Indiana Division of the
International Association for Identification
Website.
First of all, I am thankful and honored to have
this opportunity to serve as your 2012 President
of the INIAI.
I will certainly do my best to uphold the
integrity that
|
| has been
previously set by this incredible organization.
Let me
share some background information about myself.
I have been employed with the Indiana
State Police as a Latent Print Examiner since
2007.
I received my latent print certification
in 2010.
I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree
from Tennessee State University and a Master’s
of Science Degree from the University of New
Haven.
I have been a member of the INIAI since
2008, and served as a board member in 2010 as
well as the Vice President in 2011.
As you can see, I am still fairly new to
the forensic community, but I feel I have gained
a tremendous amount of information and
experience since I have been involved with this
organization.
|
One of my main duties as President is to plan
the upcoming Nineteenth Annual Educational
Conference.
There have been some ideas as to the
location and dates of the conference, but
nothing has been decided at this point.
That information will be announced very
soon!
