The Indiana Division of the IAI held its 11th Annual Training and Educational conference in October, in Fort Wayne. After three days of great speakers, great times, and a great banquet, our members returned home, rested, re-trained, and re-energized. Each member returns to their community with a new commitment to forensics and a desire to make their fellow officers and  citizens the beneficiaries of their continued education in the ever-changing world of forensic technology.

The informative and knowledgeable speakers who helped make this conference special were: click here.

The conference could not have been accomplished without a professional, quick thinking, and decisive behind-the-scenes go-to person. That person was Vice-President Liz Erickson. Her permanent and unique abilities allowed the conference to flow freely without any major problems or dissimilarities.

patk.jpg (16092 bytes)A special thanks to outgoing chairperson, Pat Kasper. Pat could not attend the conference due to illness, but she sent a warm and sincere letter wishing all the membership a fantastic conference.

Pat has been instrumental in the growth of the Indiana IAI and would always come forward to take on a task when no others would volunteer. The entire division owes her a huge debt of gratitude and thanks.  We are blessed to have had such fantastic support and leadership from one Indiana's finest police officers.
